Flip Chip Opto will exhibit its US Patented 3-Pad Flip Chip COB Technology and display its latest high powered COBs based on the same patent at the Shanghai LED show. The innovative booth not only displays COB products but also showcases the actual applications that are fully implemented on the Apollo 1200W & 600W lighting fixtures. Its applications include outdoor architectural lighting; which highlights its unique, incredibly efficient Heatsink design. The 3-Pad COB structure exhibits the most efficient thermal dissipation and the lowest cost of ownership while maintaining the smallest heat sink form factor.
Flip Chip Opto will feature a selection of its remarkable products from the Apollo and Luna series. Both series can be implemented as outdoor lighting, commercial lighting applications including landmarks, airfields, luxury hotels, shopping malls, warehouses, shipping docks, and many more. Their excellent lighting output paired with high luminous flux and a variety of color temperatures enables these lights to outperform similar products at a lower cost.
