Apollo 400 is a high-performance LED module based on Flip Chip Opto’s patented 3-Pad LED Flip Chip and Pillar MCPCB technologies. Both junction temperature and thermal decay are minimized due to its extremely low thermal resistance, thus allowing illumination designers to maximize the “lumen per dollar” value through solutions such as brightness boosters, smaller heatsinks, and optics.

About the Apollo Series
The Apollo Series defines a new standard in high powered lighting, made possible through Flip Chip Opto’s 3-Pad and Pillar MCPCB technologies. Both junction temperature and thermal decay are minimized due to its extremely low thermal resistance and therefore lighting designers are able to maximize the lumen per dollar value through solutions such as reduced thermal cooling requirements (minimized heatsinks or active cooling).
